I can occupy the web interface but only with the putty console open, if I close the bot it disconnects and the web stops working.

The bot "stops" when you close the putty session because you started the sinusbot process in the foreground.
This is expected behavior.

For a "quick" fix have a look at the screen program.

Or do it right, as a systemd service unit, as stated in the provided Installation Linux (Ubuntu / Debian) guide
