how can i fix it?

You don't need xinit anymore in order to start the sinusbot, just start it with ./sinusbot or install a startscipt.

Yes because the update servers can't be reached. This is a problem with your firewall/network configuration.

my server has not network & i want to use sinusbot in lan mode for my local friends ... its very bad
