SinusBOT won't start after IP change

Hello all,

I have migrated my old server to the new one at the same place (same public IP).
I have installed SinusBot locally to test it out and when I moved all the data I had to, I have done port forwarding to the new server with address votechnetwork.pl
After the restart DHCP server assigned new IP which was different and SinusBot stopped working, I have changed the static IP to the old one, but now it won't start.

Can someone help me?
