Slow download from YouTube

Hey. I have installed Sinusbot on Amazon VPS and ArubaCloud. When I try to download and play music from YouTube, the file download speed is only 64kb/s and it stops after 15 seconds. Installed on both Ubuntu and Debian, but nothing helps. How to fix that?

This is not a Bug caused by Sinusbot.
As you may already know, you can also upload music manually even if this is not the most comfortable way.
