Some Issues

I am trying this bot for now some weeks and the problem at the moment is:
U are able to Reduce the volume at the website... but i didnt even marked it and it still reduces the volume of the music i am running if someone else talks and that is quiet annoying.
How can i fix it ?
Another question is .. I tried to open youtube links with the command :!yt Link
it just told me .. not able to download the file ; and that´s it .. what can i do to fix it ?

reducing could be teamspeak seerver setting for channelcommander sometimes and if youtube file isnt donable, maybe you forgot youtube-dl to download

well there is nothing wrong with channel commander ; and the file dont know what u mean by that :S
