If there isn't a date, I would think this screenshot is few years old.
"Fix" it by installing SinusBot according to the FAQ for windows.

What's with all the people using such ancient clients, it's really many many people.
I don't mean to insult you @deepxlk , don't get me wrong.
It's just that I've seen like 5 threads already this year with people using clients as old as 5 years, I am really wondering why and even how are people getting clients this old.
