Solved TSClient quit / Could not request shutdown

Hey all,

i know there are like thousands of other posts regarding this issue, but none of them really helped me out.
Every time i try to start the bot i get this error:

Running it as a non-root user didn't help, even downgrading to TS 3.0.18.2 didn't help.
The web-interface is working, the bot is just not connecting to my server.
The bot is running on a ubuntu-vps, so when i try to start the ts-client, it says:

Would be nice if anyone knows how to work around this error
