I'm here to post the latest working TTS for anyone who wants to use them

Google Translate API (Currently the best free one)

Pros:
- Free
- Unlimited Requests
Cons:
- Voices are horrible


VoiceRSS API
» http://www.voicerss.org
Pros:
- Free
- Max 100KB per request
Cons:
- Only 350 daily requests
- You need to sign up

Vocalware
» https://www.vocalware.com/
Pros:
- Free trial
Cons:
- You need to sign up and pay after trial
