Unban Sinusbots from Teamspeak (Read description!)

Hi,
(Upfront i didnt get banned by Sinus for violating any Rules!)
Instead one of my Admins yesterday decided to ban the sinusbots to make room for users because the teamspeak was full
(first kicked them, but i have a reconnection plugin activated)
I unbanned them (Userid and IP) but i still cant reconnect them and getting the error in the Webinterface "Bot is banned"?
Pls Help

Try to give them a new tsid. Open ts, ctrl + i, create a new ident, copy the tsuserid in sinusbot. Into the bot instance.

maybe another uid of sinusbot is banned, in this case its still connected to the machine id from where the bans comes from

And for the future, set ignore_ban for the bots
