Update is not installing right. Webinterface not working.

I was trying to install new alpha but every single moment when i press enter with this comand it start doing crazy. The webinterface don't even start. I really don't know what to do with it. We have something about 350GB of userdatas for our server and i can't reinstall whole VPS. Is there any possible way how to install Bot and then update it. I had to delete all folder with Bot cause it was doing some kind of unnamed error.
