Solved Upload and downloading file not working

Hello,

Today I've installed this incredible bot, but I have a little problem. I can play music for radio but when I wan't to upload my own music in upload page, it stuck at "Uploading" state.
When I try download the file from a hoster (transfer.sh) it show "Downloading" and 5 seconds later "Fail".

So, this is my problem, I need to install a plugins or something like that ?

I can upload now my own files, but I can download from mediafire (direct link) transfer.sh

I mean I upload a file on transfer.sh, get the link and put it in the download by url input.

That will not work. The url input is just for youtube, Soundcloud etc.
