More Info's which Operating System, CPU, Memory and LogLevel=10 in your config.ini and poste your loggs thx. The Warnings in your webinterface are from Teamspeak, grant the Bot the Permissions and you don't see that.

As the message in the interfaces says, your Sinusbot Servergroup needs the right b_virtualserver_servergroup_client_list
For the flood message as mentioned, enable whitelisting for the Bot.

Try another SampleIntervall in the config. For me a value of 400 fixed the stuttering. Other people had success with lower values like 40. Try it yourself.
