Hi,
yesterday i've tryed to install this bot in my ovh vps with centos 6 installed, but it didn't worked, so today i've installed debian 8 with vesta, but it give me the same error that i had with centos.

used version: 0.9.12-6bb0227
used operating system: Debian 8 64 bit updated with vesta cp

Have you checked everything in that list?

Maybe your IP/Net has been blacklisted on the server...

I've whitelisted the bot ip so it shoudn't blocked, the security level is correct and the address match...
really I do not know what can be.

That log says it cannot connect to the server, it doesn't get ANY response at all from the TS server. You could try to ping it / watch the traffic in tcpdump...

I've tried with a few different server from different location and it give the same error...
checking with wireshark i see some packet from the bot

That actually looks like the server is responding (and the client is reading it) - which doesn't match the log output... Weird.

Not sure if that'll help. We recommend Ubuntu 14.04 or Debian 8 for now. 64bit is mandatory.

Hey guys, may of found a temp fix that works for me. I noticed with Sinusbot 0.9.12-6bb0227, it will not connect to a server unless it has TSDNS setup.
So starting from inside your TeamSpeak root directory.
Code: 
cd tsdns
cp tsdns_settings.ini.sample tsdns_settings.ini
nano tsdns_setings.ini
At the bottom of the file, add
ts.example.com=x.x.x.x:9987
