Feature Whisper to channel

Is it possible to implement a feature that lets the bots stream to a specific channel?
I don't like the bots being in the channels they should play in.

That's actually not true. The feature works fine for me with a normal extended license.

Isn't the normal extend license only capable of sub-mode streaming? So every user need to !sub the bot and gets individually whispered from the bot?

Or can the bot also allready whisper into whole channels like OP asked?

If so, how? do I need to change some setting or is there a special !COMMAND for?
