Youtube-DL Error

Problem Description
Hello,

Since a few Days i cant doawnload any Youtube Link.

Every time the Same Error code:
nable to download webpage: HTTP Error 429: Too Many Requests (caused by HTTPError()); please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.

I Installed the Bot new. Checked over 20 Tipps. But nothing Works. I dont knwo what i can do.

Youtube-dl.config updates with --force-ipv4

Youtube-dl is up to date

Soundcloud Links are Working :/

Hay,

I solved the Problem.

My ipv4 address was or is blocked.
I got a new One. Now its worked.
