Youtube-DL Notfound issues among others..

Hello, I have recently installed sinusbot for use on my personal servers and while everything such as playback of videos is working fine it would seem that after a lengthy and very poorly documented install process for youtube-dl i am unable to get it to work (It successes in detecting it but then fails to grab a youtube video)

Heres the only thing on the console that relates to my issue

I've allowed youtube-dl to pass through my firewall and made an exception for my antivirus software.

I've removed some lines to protect sensitive infomation keep that in mind..
