I just had a question if the youtube actually downloaded the Mp3 (or what ever format) or weather it downloaded and cached it?
 
It depends on which command you use (!yt or !ytdl)
!yt: File is played but not saved
!ytdl: File is played an is saved
 
No song is stored as a normal mp3 file. You will not be able to download an mp3 file via the sinusbot!
