youtube-dl not downloading

As you can see youtube-dl says supported

i just downloaded this youtube-dl from there website

The youtube-dl is located in /home/sinusbot/youtube-dl

It's the latest version it won't update any more can't you just send me the youtube-dl file

Yes that worked, Anyone who has this issue run
echo "--force-ipv4" > /etc/youtube-dl.conf
