Sound Is being blocked

Hi, i have sinusbot installed on my server i7 7700k 2gb ram 1gb/s internet conection. All good for first install, after 2 days the sound is robotic, it gets stuck, i try to reboot the server, i restarted the service, nothing is happening, i user for my discord server.

Okay, in your case it would be awesome if you could have a look at your CPU steal time just to make sure it isn't just your server which is causing this issue. Please have a look at this article (http://blog.scoutapp.com/articles/2013/07/25/understanding-cpu-steal-time-when-should-you-be-worried) and check your values.
