Da ist schon ein kleiner Fehler drin. Teamspeak nutzt die clientId um private Nachrichten zu versenden. Diese wechselt sich bei jedem connect. In deinem Script versuchst du an receiver eine private Nachricht zu senden. Receiver ist aber keine gültige clientId, daher auch der Fehler "Benutzer...
