So I'm setting up full SSL for all of my sites, it uses a cert generated by Let's Encrypt and works flawlessly for the sites. As for sinusbot there had to be a work around

You're joking right? Did you even bother looking through the web panel? Everything isn't going to be spoonfed to you. If you choose to use this tool you're expected to have some basic knowledge (and apparently in your case, common sense).
From the web panel
Settings---->Info---->Commands
Add the radio station to "All Music"
Click the square made of 4 smaller squares when you hover over the radio station
Select "Play when idle" or "Play on startup", whichever one you feel is better

By the way you described it I believe this is possible. I've seen scripts that are able to show the time using multiple spacers and there is also a script that allows channels to be created and passwords can be added on later so the script would do something like this?:
