A manual update is required

Hi. I have problem with sinusbot on docker. When i reinstall and update sinusbot on docker i got this problem.
I check FAQ and other same problems and nothing helped.
Bot doesn't generate a password and site with bot not responding.

• SinusBot version - 1.0.0-beta.16-ba60e37
• TS Client and Server version - Client 3.5.6 and Server 3.13.6
• OS Debian 10 64bit
