Bot connect to Ts but Crash on playing Music or Radio Stations

Hello Sinusbot friends,

i got a problem with my Sinusbot, at the last 2 days i try to play music on my Teamspeak.
the thing is my bot is connecting fine to the teamspeak 3 server.
but then if i try to play uploaded music or a radio station the bot instantly disconnect.

i try to solve this problem since 2 days and try to find some same issue on the forum,
but still without success.

so please help me out , i try already Ubuntu 18.04 & 19.10, and
teamspeak client 3.3.2 and 3.2.1 same for server teamspeak server 3.9.1 & 3.11.0.
but still i got the same problem on all versions, bot is connecting to ts3 but on music
he disconnect.

linux 19.10 is fresh installed with all updates, and i use installer script 1.5.

Hello, thanks for the detailed infos, your Software seems alright and in the requirements!
First of all this is an isssue a very small portion of users have.
What my guess is that it might come from an old CPU since the most users with this issue are using CPUs which are 8 to 12 years old.
The 64bit TeamSpeak Server is already confirmed that it wont run on CPUs which are missing a Feature called "POPCNT" (dont ask me what it is it is just a requirement there)

The best way to handle that is to ask TeamSpeak directly and send them your crashdumps which you can get from the directory
/opt/sinusbot/data/ts3/cd67d5e0-b616-4783-a651-9f3e21de5a03/097ed4c2-e48a-4f5c-b661-f71aea8a2744/crashdumps
and maybe also send them infos about your CPU (dont know if this is actually included in the crashdump)
Maybe via the official TeamSpeak Forum or via a Ticket.

Edit: Just saw that you also included the CPU Model^^ and this is also a CPU from 13 years ago.

Thanks for your Fast Reply.
My Problem was Sinusbot was NOT creating a Crashdump, wich i CANT give to the Teamspeak Forum.
But it was a Great IDEA! because, after i got your information i went to the teamspeak Forum and some people has the
same issue !
so after reading some problems i found a solution !!!!
On Teamspeak Client 3.5.+ they fixed this problem :)
But the Installer 1.5 installed automatically 3.2.3 so i was not able to use it.

Instructions (Linux Desktop Version):
So i installed Sinusbot about the Installer Script 1.5
after that i go to the sinusbot folder, installed the newest version 3.5.2, and delete the old files from the teamspeak3-client folder.
then i copy the sinusbot folder plugin from the sinusbot folder and create a new folder in teamspeak folder named "plugins" , i put it in
and i can finally start Sinusbot on the newest version and my bot is running with added radio stations and music !
