Bot don't react to messages.

Hello, i instaled SinusBot, and my bots dont react to my messages, on panel everything works perfect but when i try to execute some command on TS3, he didnt react, i cannot register, but i add user on panel with my identity, but it not work.

And i see diagnostic tool and i did it, can u look it ?
