can i run sinusbot without teamspeak?

Could not find TeamSpeak 3 Client: stat : no such file or directory
Sanity checks failed, unable to run. Please read the installation-guide carefully and contact support if necessary.

seems like teamspeak client is required, i'm trying to run sinusbot for discord
