Can't get youtube-dl to work.

Im on Windows 10 and Youtube-dl used to work for me but now that i restarted it tells me that youtube-dl not found.
I have installed: Youtube-dl, SinusBot, Python, Notepad++.
Here is a screenshot when i first start up the bot: with my config and windows explorer:

Update: Turns out that I had to install microsoft C Package as i was missing a .dll. No need to worry, problem solved!
