Seems like English isn't your native language and you don't understand well. What language do you speak? We might able to help you better if you tell us.

I try to say it simple: Everything you need to know about the licenses (you need this to get more instances) is written down on the wiki. Just click the link Multivitamin posted. When you donate you will be able to fill out a form to request a license but even if you donate, it will take some time because licenses are given out manually and only a specific amount per day.
