How do I setup the bot to listen to commands from a group on my server?

I am tried putting in the group sort id on the user accounts page when editing a user account and then assigning that account proper perms to do stuff like !yt and other such commands but it wont work for anybody but me?
 
Sure u have set the right permissions ? for !yt i think u need permission to uppload files, and the playback etc to controll other music
 
what you need is not the group sort id. the group sort id is just for sort order and doesnt give you any power you need the number in () behind the group like for example Admin (6) -> you need 6. That is the Groups ID.

so I would put 4003 in the group id slot?
