How to import a playlist with Youtube-DL

Did you upgrade your youtube-dl BEFORE the import?

I was facing the same issue with my Youtube playlist, and after too many tries, I didn't get any solution. Then I started using Spotify. I imported my playlist from Youtube to Spotify using MusConv.com tool, and now everything is going well. Just thought to share this experience, though I know this is not a solution, but it can be a great alternative.
