Hey, if I request a license with Donor, I am not allowed to use it commercially, is it too commercial if I do a TeamSpeak for my MineCraft server and the Sinusbot is playing music?

No, the SinusBot is made for that.
Using it commercially would mean that you sell it or host it for others who pay for it.
