Missing GLIBC_214

When i try to start sinusbot it just said starting the bot and the said ts3client quit straight away so i tryed doing a teamspeak3 server and then it said this!

Ive looked everywhere on how to manually install Glibc_2.14 but i cant find it. Does anyone know how to install it?
