people scream on all channels

Hello

I think there is a hack or something because I see people come into my server and scream/talk to all channels (even the cannels with password)
Is there a way to autoban people that do that ?
PS: I don't want a password on my server

If they dont really join your Channel while screaming then you change the Permission from the Guest Group "i_client_whisper_power" to "-1"
What they do is the so called "Whisper" Feature, where you can talk cross Channels without even being in one
