playlist and config.ini problem

hello to all,
I have a problem with the musicbot, I updated the sinusbot to the latest version, and I also tried to install it from the beginning but the problem remains, simply do not work playlists, I load a playlist of songs but when I try to start them, some work, some not, and I get the error:

Error Could not playback the selected file / stream.
the strange thing is that then, casually, a song that initially had this error, starts to work, and instead it stops working, a song that had no problems before.
Then I noticed that when I reinstall the bot from the beginning, the config file is practically empty, instead of filling as it did before, only these writings appear:

nothing else, obviously even after logging the client on ts, dont appear all other entries.
what is the problem? what can i try to do for solve?

Have you migrated your dashboard to a new machine? or is installing the bot from scratch and what happened? I tried running ./sinusbot and see what error it gives

the point is that the bot works, if I upload over the bot some songs, it feel, even doing "!yt", but i dont know why the config.ini, it remains practically empty, and I get that(Error Could not playback the selected file / stream.) error with playlists
