I have a problem when I want to plug in some plugin does not appear to me that window for plugin help quickly

What? Do you mean Script? If you want to add a Script copy the File into your /scripts folder inside the main Sinusbot Folder
After that you will need to restart your Sinusbot to be able to see the Script you added
