I see there are option for remote user administration as it is stated in the settings > user accounts. How can my users login from here? Or is it a feature limited only to hosting?

Thanks!

There are permissions you can set so people with an account can log in using the web panel.
Thank you for your reply but how should I configure to which IP address they should be logging in? I already have them registered. My problem is the IP address to the web panel.

Use your Server IP or your Home IP. If you host it at your home you need to Forward the Port -> 8087/TCP.
After this your Friends can Access http://YOURIP:8087. NOT http://127.0.0.1:8087 (127.0.0.0.1 is only your Local IP).
How you doing port forwarding can be found on Google.

Thank you so much for your help Xuxe. I am done with port forwarding. My next question is, should I add IP address here in my config?

Also, this is correct right?

The IP is the local IP of my computer where Sinusbot is located.
