Second admin unable to log in bot

I am the second admin for the bot owner/ts3 owner. He has added me to the bot in the web console, he has given me the rank of the bot in ts, he has made an account for me to log into the bot. However, everytime i try to log in, i am told unauthorized. How can we fix this?
