SinusBot bot does not connect to TS3

Hello, I want to connect the radio to ts3 and no bot can connect .Here I have a complete list of what it says, I'm really at the bottom of it .So far everything has worked as it should but the bot does not connect. It's been a week thank you very much for any advice . David

Most of the times the security level of the identity is not high enough...
