Sinusbot License after reinstallation

I applied for a sinusbot license a week ago and got accepted.
Now I wanted to know If I reinstall my whole root server and install sinusbot new, does this license still works for me?

If the information you provided (IP address, Server UID) didn't change: yes, otherwise: no.

I can't reapply, it say:

Congratulations!
Your request has been accepted and your extended private license is now ready to go!
Make sure you're running at least version 0.9.12.3.....
