Sinusbot on web server

Is it possible to install sinusbot on a web server like 000webhost or similar and thus have the bot on a free host? I've been looking but I see no installer for it I see in ubuntu and windows that is a .exe, but not the files as such.
I do not know if I explain ... Thanks in advance

As long as you can't execute any executables there, no. Since Sinusbot isn't just a website but basically a whole teamspeak client that is controlled by sinusbot
