Slowing down the bots actions?

Is there any way to slow down the bot's actions? I want to do this because the server I have the bot on is not self-hosted. I do not have access to the IP whitelist.

Due to this, the bot acts differently each time it is launched, and even loses functionality.

Solution => "b_client_ignore_antiflood" or change the anti-flood from the server.
