My Sinusbot has a laggy and a Robotic Sound.

I tried to Switch SampleInterval from 0-200 nothing helped. Channel Quality was Opus Musik and 11,87KiB/S. My Ping was 16ms and 0% packet lose. Dont know what should be changed that it is gona fix. Maybe you can help me

Update to the latest Beta, i think you are not on the latest one.

Bad CPU Timing *
And please do not play around with the SampleInterval in versions above 0.9.8 > both for Windows & Linux this may causes more problems.
But back 2 topic: CPU Timing has to do with your virtualization, if you host the VM's by your self you have to setup your host/software properly.
Software like Virtualbox should not be used for "real" virtualization, it is good for testing but not for production.

But at all, the Sinusbot is so far optimized both on Linux and Windows so i think we can't do much here at the moment.

The VPS is hosted by Contabo so you there is no Option to fix?
