From this I could conclude that it was 32-bit but I could not find it anywhere on any page.

I start and this error code is included:
(0xc000007b). error code is issued to a 64-bit version that does not want to start a 64-bit version of this type.

And no, you can't run a 64bit program on 32 bit system, the other way is possible (32bit program on 64bit system)

Whatever I do, I do not want to start with 64-bit teamspeak 3 clients .. I tried what I said but not good either :/
