The upgrade failed ,and Windows was locked

I'm very upset , i was upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10, but the power was cut off and when I turned on the computer, it was Windows 7's landing page.but my Windows was locked.
I can not get into my Windows 7 , page display: password error
