TS3 Music bot randomly skips in the music

Sooo, as u can read it from the title, our bot randomly skips inside the music forward. For example the music starts and it's going on, but after a few minutes it skips forward like 5 minutes, and this happens in the whole music. Even if we download it or just play it via the !yt command.
The music is usually a 1-2 hour mix.
How can we fix the issue?
Running on Windows Server 2012 R2
