Upgrade Sinus Bot

I tried to start SinusBot today and I get a message that the version has expired and I need to install upgrade.
My question is will all the files and settings of the expired version be reset and if they are how can I save settings and the music files I have.

I have been running the Bot on a Windows 7 machine for years with very little trouble.
