What is considered a valid stream link

Im trying to get my local radio station on sinus bot i'm running windows 10 but when I put a stream link in it says invalid so what is a valid link?

definitely not a direct stream url.^^ Maybe this radio station does'n support that.

How did you cause the station im looking for is on tune in radio but the link i put in http://tunein.com/radio/Rock-979-s7411/ Dont work
