What's Happening w/ my Pending License Request

I had a license for my SinusBot and doesn't work anymore...

I've made an request more than 7 days ago and is still pending. May I have some information about it?

Licenses​

You already have a license request pending. Please be patient as most licenses will be issued within 48-72 hours. Changing your request may result in longer delays. You only need a new license file, if the number of requested instances changed!

Is more than a week and over there they said that will be issued within 48-72 hours...
