Problem after Installing and trying to start an Instance.

First, sorry for bad english.

i'm using the sinusbot on a Windows Server 2016 with ts3...
The Sinusbot starts normally, after i press on the .exe also i can configure everything on the webinterface.

but when i'm trying to start an Instance @Ts3 there popups for a second the "Terms of Use"-windows from ts3 and closes without giving me the time to click on something... so, it's "crashing" i think...
the sinusbot i'm using is a fresh download/install, so it's the newest version.
also my windows server is freshly updatet and nice configured.
the ts3 server runs on the same Server.
Ports are also configured to work.

this thing in the log file:
Code:
2019-02-28T13:38:40+01:00 The bot could not connect. This might have several reasons: the server doesn't exist at that address, the server password is wrong, the default channel doesn't exist, the bot has been banned, the server is an illegal installation or the password is wrong , the security level of your identity is too low or the server does not allow the version of the client you are using. See our Wiki / Forums for more help.

everything this logline tells me, is right. so nothing with this things.

are you sure, the security level of your bot isn't too low to join your server? I think, it`s a permission problem but i'm not sure
