Add youtube playlist through bot !command

Hi,

Simple question, is it possible to add a YouTube Playlist through a command?

Like: !addplaylist <playlist name> <youtubeplaylist url>

If not, is there a plugin which does this?

Is it difficult to write this? Because you can add it through the webinterface, then why not through a command?

Not possible yet via the scripting engine.
