Bug Default theme in config isn't working

Problem Description
Hello,

Tonight I wanted to connect to the bot as every time I had nothing touch at the config.ini level and login page any bug I let you watch on this screenshot

My default theme is "Paper", and when I put another theme all remarks. I do not understand.

I am sorry but being a beginner in sinusbot I did not find the file with the logs.

I think I am experiencing the same issue and symptoms with SinusBot 0.9.21 on Debian 9.

Setting a default theme via the config.ini file does not work.
When you do set a default theme, via config.ini, you get this.

Setting a theme within Personal Settings works and, in my experience, persists.

Maybe this is a simple syntax error? Are we doing this wrong?
There is limited documentation about the [Themes] function, so it is hard telling.

This works and loads the default red theme.

[Themes]
  Default = ""

Anything else causes this.

[Themes]
  Default = "Cosmo"

Maybe the ID is lowercase? Nope, still causes this.

[Themes]
  Default = "cosmo"
